Use sampling swabs to collect H7N9 virus, Saatchi virus A group, and measles virus, add each sample to the culture-type preservation solution, Hank's solution as the control group, and then dilute the sample with normal saline 10 times, 100 times  , 1000 times, 10000 times  and then to do PCR nucleic acid sensitivity experiment to determine the CT value.

Part two.Virus culture
1.test method

Use sampling swabs to collect H7N9 virus, Saatchi virus group A, and measles virus, and add each sample to the culture-type storage solution for storage (the storage temperature is: room temperature, 4ºC, -20ºC, -70ºC) , and  inoculated into the allantoic cavity of 10-day-old chicken embryos at 4h, 12h, 48h, 72h, 30d, 90d, 180d, 240d, and 360d after storage (Note: under freezing ,the samples need to be thawed first), then observe for 4 days and record the observation results.
