Efficient filters are mainly used to capture particulate dust and various suspended solids above 0.5um, serving as the end filtration of various filtration systems. Using ultra-fine fiberglass paper as filter material, folding laminated paper, aluminum foil board and other materials as dividing plates, sealing with a new type of polyurethane sealant, and made of galvanized sheet, stainless steel sheet, and aluminum alloy profile as outer frames.
Each unit has been tested by the flame absorption method and has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and large dust capacity. Efficient air filters can be widely used in industries such as optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, precision instruments, beverages and food, PCB printing, and other dust-free purification workshops for air conditioning end supply. Both high-efficiency and ultra high-efficiency filters are used at the end of cleanrooms, and can be divided into three types based on their structural forms: high-efficiency filters with partitions, high-efficiency filters without partitions, high-efficiency filters with high air volume, and ultra high-efficiency filters. There are also three types of high-efficiency filters, one is an ultra-high efficiency filter, which can purify 99.9995%. There are two types of filters: antibacterial high-efficiency air filters without partitions, which have antibacterial properties and prevent bacteria from entering the clean workshop. There are also sub high-efficiency filters, which are cheap and used in low demand purification spaces
