Construction process:
1, base treatment: use sanding machine to remove sand, oil, remnants, etc. from the surface of the base layer;
2, Interface agent: After the ground is thoroughly cleaned, evenly roll the interface once;
3, Self-leveling: Pour self-leveling cement onto the construction ground in sequence, and scraped with a squeegee scraper, and the thickness is about 2~4mm;
4, Positioning of the line: According to the design pattern, PVC anti-static floor specifications, room size, division, and line positioning;
5, Conductive Adhesive: Use PVC anti-static floor special conductive adhesive, evenly scrape with a squeegee scraper:
6,Fix copper foil: Lay a copper foil strip on the ground according to the specified size to form a network;
7, Laying the Anti-static floor: starting from the center position, spread out from block to block, the gap between each floor is 2-3 mm;
8, Floor slotting: U-shaped diameter 2.0-2.5 mm;
9, Floor welding rod: Φ3.5-4.0 mm PVC special welding rod;
10, Floor welding: use 800-1000W welding torch to weld along the gap between the floors, and the welding rod should be shoveled to the same level as the surface plate;
11, Floor waxing: The surface must be cleaned for polishing and waxing.
10 Construction completed: It can be used normally after 12 hours (25°C, the low temperature opening time should be moderately extended).
Maintenance
1. It is strictly forbidden to wear nailed shoes on the floor.
2. It is strictly forbidden to sculpt hard objects and hardware on the floor, especially the equipment transportation route and the surrounding of the installation equipment should be lined with plywood to prevent floor scratches and oil stains.
3. Do not drag the machine on the floor when handling the equipment.
4. It is strictly forbidden to scrub the floor surface with corrosive solvents.
5. The production work area should wear special shoes or foot covers to enter the work area, and dust is strictly prohibited from entering the work place.
6. It is strictly forbidden to infiltrate the surface of the floor with strong penetrating ink and mechanical oil.
7. The tires used in the production site trolleys should avoid the easily decolorized black rubber tires. It is recommended to use nylon tires.
8. The surface of the floor is indeed polluted. Clean the floor surface with gasoline, wash and decontamination powder, and then apply anti-static wax on the surface.
9. The floor is generally cleaned once a year, and then treated with anti-static wax.
