The role of the air shower


The air shower is a personal purification device used when the operator enters the clean room. It uses high-speed clean air to blow and remove the dirt on people entering the room. The nozzle can be adjusted to effectively remove dust on people and prevent external pollution from entering the clean area. It can also be used for blowing large cargo.

The air/cargo shower is a necessary passage for people/goods to enter and exit the clean room and at the same time play the role of a closed clean room for the airlock.

In order to reduce the large amount of dust particles caused by the in and out of people/goods, the clean air flow filtered by the high-efficiency filter is sprayed on the people/goods from all directions from a rotatable nozzle, which effectively and quickly removes dust particles. It is filtered by the primary and high-efficiency filters and recirculated to the air shower area.
