The ALT-240 is composed of two independent DC charging pile testers and program-controlled loads, which can meet the maximum load test of 240KW for 2 guns. The power of each gun is 120KW, and the maximum power of two guns in parallel is 240KW.
Function:
1. Input voltage: DC750V, maximum power of single gun: 240KW (load in parallel).
2. Program controlled power gear, input voltage DC750V to achieve 1KW~120KW adjustable, Min step 1KW, can be set according to voltage,/current, voltage,/power, and can automatically combine the best pair method.
3. The maximum load power is 240KW (120KW * 2, double loads can be used in parallel).
4. With BMS simulation function.
5. Multi gear DC+, DC-leakage resistance simulation, which can test insulation balance and unbalance leakage. Leakage resistance setting of 7 gears of DC+and DC-, totally 14 gear selection.
6. Real time test display of CC1 voltage, R4 resistance setting of multiple gears, which can test critical draw status, fully drawn.

12. The message content and message cycle at the vehicle end can be set to simulate various message conditions of the vehicle.

14. Real time message output and translation during communication, and real-time storage function. amount to with the function of CAN box, it is convenient for all kinds of relevant personnel to directly use and analyze faults
15. Statistics of average period, sending times, maximum period and minimum period of various messages. Message Gantt waveform output makes fault analysis of charging pile more intuitive and comprehensive.
16. Test the communication consistency of the charging pile and output the analysis report.
