Product Description

Overhead air ionizer E-003 for Industrial static electricity elimination, with high performance ionizing electrode,could quickly eliminate static electricity on the charged subject, Preventing the degradation of liquid crystals and electronic components. The product is lightweight, compact and can be placed overhead in the working place.

Principle

ECW E-003 Ionizing blower can produce a large mount of airflow that is in rich of positive and negative charger, which can neutralize the charger on the surface of the object. When the charger on the surface of the object is negative, it will absorb the positive charger of the airflow. When the charger on the surface of the object is positive, it will absorb the negative charger of the airflow. This is the main target to neutralize the static charger on the surface of the object.

ECW E-003 ionizing air blower has three small blowers to provide airflow,  the volume of the airflow is controlled by a variable speed control, which provides a wide range of airflow setting.

Ionization apparatus: This apparatus will form a stable high voltage electric field which is under the situation of low currency and high voltage of the high voltage device. Ionized air to inform ion group, to the surface of the object with the airflow in order to neutralize the charger. The appreciative cleaner on the ionization apparatus can clean the dust of the ionization needle to keep the apparatus work normally.

The function of neutralizing the static charger of ECW E-003 ionizing air blower can solve the production problems which are caused by the static charger, such as attraction of dirt to product, undesirable adhesion of plastic films due to electrostatic charger and misalignment of small parts due to electrostatic "jumping".
